food & beverage supervisor
we are currently looking to recruit an experienced food & beverage supervisor to support the f&b management team in the day to day running of the f&b department including the opening, running and closing events; serving guests food and beverage; liaising with the sales department to ensure customer details are correct and expectations are exceeded; and setting an excellent example to others within the food & beverage team.

our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in st albans. the hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful hertfordshire countryside and has 128 bedrooms, as well as two restaurants and two bars on site.

the food & beverage supervisor will have:
