Maintenance technician - united states, nashville

adecco is partnering with a company new to music city and quickly growing to their team. we are looking for maintenance technicians across three different shifts. 

the maintenance technician handles all equipment repairs, equipment pm’s necessary to keep production equipment operating with minimal downtime.  the focus is on ensuring efficient and effective economics of operations, and achievement of maintenance department goals while projecting a positive and approachable attitude.

responsibilities include but are not limited to:

troubleshooting plc controls at input and output levels.

help drive the preventative maintenance plan to achieve maximum equipment efficiency.

determining mechanical issues which may include the replacement of hydraulics/pneumatics valves, pumps, blowers, gearboxes and slide-gates. 

promote continuous improvement and take advantage of cost reduction opportunities. 

reading, writing and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating, environmental, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

a great base pay rate in the $24-29/hr range (depending upon skills and experience)
