this position requires 2-4 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with osha, epa, & iso management system standards and requirements. in this role, you will assist plant safety teams and drive employee involvement, report to and provide administrative support to the hse manager with database management, respond to safety concerns from employees, and ensure overall compliance in the plant with a large focus in hazardous waste compliance (training, logging, pickup scheduling, and inspections).
