london network for pest solutions is looking for a handy person to carry out basic proofing work to aid in the prevention of rodent infestations. the work will involve the blocking of gaps and holes in residential properties in london (predominately in newham) and surrounding boroughs.
salary: £650-£1000/week (c.£34-£52k per annum)
working week: mon - fri
requirements: -
basic handy person skills essential – main work will be to use a variety of materials to block small-medium sized gaps/holes in kitchens and other living areas.
additional carpentry and plumbing skills will be a bonus
ability to remove and refit kitchen units (particularly sink units) will be specifically preferred.
driving license essential
basic it skills essential
good problem solving skills dbs cleared (check will be carried out by us)
