essential duties and responsibilities

heavy power tool usage (impact, drill, sawzall, grinder, band saw and hammer drill)
steel erection experience a plus
rigging/crane safety and signals a plus
scissor lift, boom lift, fork lift and telehandler experience. (will certify once hired)
stick welding experience is a plus
fitting 18ga and 14ga bolted flange pipe.
ability to cut and shape angle iron for pipe supports.
demonstrates proficiency in reading tape measures and other measuring devices
demonstrates proficiency in basic mathematics (fractions, decimals, conversions, etc.)
identify, measure and mark up key dimensions.
general mechanical and safety knowledge for industry.
performs safety and housekeeping duties
performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by installation manager or installation coordinator
accurately completes required documentation and expenses
possesses personal hand tools and toolbox
demonstrates ability to work well with others
physical demands and work environment
this position requires travel throughout the united states.
this position will require the following: walking, sitting, kneeling, using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects/tools/controls, using vibratory tools, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, talking and hearing.
due to contact with customers, this person must maintain professional appearance and good hygiene
