payroll supervisor role $75k-85k + great benefits & pto

basic & preferred qualifications:

must have at least a high school diploma

at least 3 years of us payroll experience is required

strong hris experience

strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas is highly desired: fmla, disability leave, workers compensations, labor law, etc.

strong, problem solving, relationship building, and coaching skills required

excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication required

solid business management understanding, ability to manage up and time management skills

outstanding knowledge and working experience in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)

desire to work as a team with results driven approach.

high level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
