Restaurants staff for 5 star restaurant - saudi arabia, riyadh

A leading five star restaurant in riyadh is in need of :-

1. waiters - at least with 5 years experience in a 5 star restaurant in the gulf.

responsibilities includes: -
- welcoming and seating guests
- taking guest orders
- communicating effectively to the kitchen.
- memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

2. commis i, ii or iii

responsibilities will be:-

- preparing food items in any section of the kitchen according to our standard recipes or as per instructions for the chef.
- ensuring the operation and kitchen equipment is maintained at a good standard with minimum breakage.
- handling the set up and break down of mise-en-place stations for the various meal periods according to performance standard.
- being familiar with all sections of the kitchen equipment to facilitate the multi-skilling and flexible use of employees.
- understanding and adhering to the restaurant policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
- experience in a sushi restaurant is added advantage.

requirement:

must valid posses transferable iqama.
must be fluent in english spoken & written.
must have past experience.
should be ready to start work immediately.
