we are currently looking for an experienced spa receptionist located in ascot. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in ascot. the successful spa receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting spa guests. they will also coordinate the reception desk, confirm and book guest treatments.

set on 240 acres, this luxury, picturesque hotel is part of prestigious hotel collection. on site they have a luxurious spa, michelin star restaurant, and lounge bar.

the person

the spa receptionist will have:

bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the teamhave a talent for staying calm and profession, despite challenging situationshave great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic have organisation and time management skills to arrange your daily tasksideally have past experience using a spa computer system
