responsibilities:
? accountable for sourcing & screening of candidates
? responsible for hiring across all level, functions/verticals
? handling job portals, walk-ins, mass mailing, job posting, cold calling, social media, external vendors
? pre-screening of profiles, in-person interviews, and exit interviews
? managing salary negotiation, offer letter creation
? pre-joining engagement with the candidate till their successful on boarding
? knowledge of complete documentation process of saudi arabia
