adecco medical & science is looking to a hire medical assistants in bedford, texas.
potential candidates should be covid vaccinated, and she be nationally certified.
specific duties:
1. performs all duties within the scope of a medical assistant's practice. operates diagnostic equipment, changes would dressing & obtains culture, administers non-intravenous medication, performs simple specimen collection via noninvasive techniques and collects blood specimen via venipuncture or via capillary, performs ekg'. performs quality control checks on equipment.
2. rooms patients according to policy and procedures, prepares patient for examination.
3. records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner & coordinates patient care as directed by physicians, company standards and policy.
4. respects patient confidentiality at all times and practices standard infection control precautions
5. performs all other duties as assigned( telephone calls, referrals, etc.)
