this customer service administrator role would suit bright and motivated individuals that have had previous experience within a customer services or client services role and has strong crm system skills and is used to working in a busy environment.

key responsibilities of a customer service administrator:

answering and responding to incoming phone calls and emailsorder processing and sales administrationproducing and issuing quotations for ventilation systems and providing these to designers, architects, direct customers, and consumersprocessing of goods return requests from customers and their creditsrespond to customer queries with solutions, including complaint resolutionproviding high quality accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly)keeping the crm system up to date with all notes from phone calls and emails sent to and received from customers as defined in company processesliaising with other departments to provide seamless customer serviceassisting and supporting the internal and external sales teamswe would welcome applications for this customer service administrator role from candidates with the following skills and attributes: customer service, administration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, internal customer services, technical sales, warehouse, purchasing, accounts, product category managers, marketing, facilities, external customers, visitors, industry professionals, it literate, ms office, communication, client services, complaint resolution, telephony.
