fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most accredited and award winning private members clubs in the mayfair area! you would be working with some of the most well known and respected chefs in the industry looking to take the step to the next level of fine dining. you will be working with the finest and freshest seasonal produce producing the best dishes around! currently offering a 4 day on 3 day off working week this really does bring a bit more to your work life balance. with a large brigade they are looking for people who are more than happy working in a tight knit family feel site.
your duties and responsibilities will include:
working in and running all sections of the kitchenproactive attitude on serviceassisting with all aspects of kitchen management including record keeping, stock taking, food orders and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety and food quality are delivered at all timesfull engagement and involvement with kitchen teamwillingness to learn, develop and progress!in order to be considered, applicants must:
