we’re looking for the perfect “live out” person to come and help us and have a very relaxed working day at our house just outside moreton in marsh.

you will be reliable, a good time keeper and essentially a happy positive caring person.

you will need to be strong and able to bear weight. you’ll ideally be fit and will have good knowledge in the gym. a part of the day is at the fitness centre and it's all about giving confidence and stability to my partner during fitness sessions so your strength and ability to support him here is key.

the supporting role is for my civil partner who has some mobility problems therefore we need your help to shadow his movements during the day .gym and swim being integral to his day although there will be times when staying at home is a better option.

no 'personal care' as such is required just help support and shadowing .

you will need to drive and have a full clean license to be able to drive our car ( manual ) on some occasions you may need to drive your own car and on these occasions i will help with fuel.

there’s some housework to do on a daily basis so please don’t apply if you’re not willing to do some cleaning, laundry & bed making etc. things run slowly with us so rushing about isn’t required and you’re not going to break into a sweat .

i need help sometimes too if that’s ok - if only to nod and give a thumbs up when you know i’m up against it and having an understanding that being a primary long term carer comes with its own pressures .

you must be a dog lover and have no problem walking our very spoilt beagle from time to time .

everything about this job is to fully support the house & those within. it’s a damn good job working for a great fun and loving male couple that really would like some support as we have been without help for a while .

we are doers - we are both highly motivated so we just get on with it . however things do have to change and we do need this help and we are looking for someone to start asap.

we remain positive . there must be someone out there that is a genuine caring person that’s willing to come have a nice day have some lunch and help our lives be just that little bit easier .

i work from home and when working i can also work some evenings and weekends so hopefully you’d be able to help on some of those longer days and perhaps the odd sleep over as well.

this is a full time role

tuesday - fridays 9.30am-5.30pm

evenings and weekends with notice only and these times can all be worked out as and when required .

wages are presently £10.67 p/h with a separate sleep-over and 24hr rate when it applies.

holiday pay and eligible nest employer pension contribution entitlement given.

an employment contract is signed with me and finalised through local authority as we receive social care funding for your employment .
