job title: customer support tools project manager, devices & services customer care
job responsibilities:
align with cross-functional partners, translate business requirements into technical requirements
determine prioritization efforts and resource allocations
create trackers with clear milestones, timelines, and ensure project delivery within agreed timelines by following up with partners and offshore vendors
build narratives that provide updates and report program impact to stakeholders
help design and simplify processes to enable efficiencies
lead special projects; participate in integration programs
you must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:
bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of leading projects or programs
1-2 years minimum experience in scrum, kanban, or scaled agile frameworks (prefer scrum over others)
very strong experience with influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at several organizational levels
preferred qualifications:
experience running projects of varying sizes and complexity
experience with widely used project management tools
experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at several organizational levels
ability to work in a fast moving environment with tolerance of ambiguity
excellent organizational, independent productivity, and verbal and written communication skills
