Hi,we're looking for a smart & presentable indian national candidate for a restaurant in riyadh city to work as a operations manager.restaurant is a fine dining serving indian & chinese cuisine.the requirements of candidate as under:1. education qualification at-least xiith pass (graduate is added value)2. work experience 3-5 yrs specifically in restaurant business only.3. candidate should be very social & have pleasant personality to develop business relations with new & existing clients.3. english/arabic language is highly preferred.4. experienced in smoothly handling the operations of kitchen management, pantry, chef management, customer order collection & execution, cash counter management, open buffet management, waste management, order delivery, raw materials for restaurant on daily basis.5. eager to suggest and/or recommend any changes in restaurant policies, set of rules, organization and design which can enhance overall business value.6. he should be active on new government laws if applicable.7. he should be familiar with microsoft excel to log business transactions on daily basis.8. punctuality and discipline is mandatory.handsome salary, accommodation & other benefits as per saudi law to the deserving.iqama: transferabledriver license: preferredkindly send your updated cv to [email protected]good luck!
