We are looking for an experienced and self-driven indoor tele sales representative to join our sales team! as a tele sales representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve the sales quota.

responsibilities are:
• contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or a service
• respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• gather market and customer information
• challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
• participate in creating detailed proposals, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
• assisting in resolving customer complaints
• providing information to customers
• monitoring sales performance by building own sales pipeline to track sales record
• keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• provide customers with quotations whenever is needed.
