Cleaner and rental property assistance - united kingdom, crookston, glasgow

i own a rental property in glasgow but do not live in glasgow. i am looking for someone local to help take care of the place, which would include getting the place ready/cleaning, showing the place to prospective tenants, getting/giving keys, being there to receive deliveries, collecting my mail, and occasional errands to help run the place.

this is not regular work, just some extra hours that you can fit in around your other activities. you can mostly choose when you do the work needed. you mainly need to be reliable and responsible.
