Electrical engineer - kuwait, kuwait city

Degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university
minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical maintenance of large projects with a high concentration in facilities management experience
good knowledge of industry standards, international guidelines (like nfpa, iso, bs) and local government guidelines and best practices
able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of electrical works related to all fm contracts,including both management of the site supervision team as well as the service providers, and other appropriate specialties
team player and able to manage technicians, and contractors
ability to manage budget for preventive and corrective maintenance work
self-motivated, interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision making and leadership abilities
to be able to demonstrate good knowledge on health & safety (principles, responsibilities and practices)
to be able to demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to plan and schedule work and duties
good command of spoken and written english
able to do precise report writing
