Deep cleaning technician/team leader required (kuwait) - kuwait, kuwait city
We are looking for candidates available locally in kuwait having visa 18 transferable only (mubarak al kabeer visa & government contract visa candidate need not apply)
job description for deep cleaning technician:
works with a team leader to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
ensures cleaning work is completely safely, effectively, and on time.
assists team members for any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
works with the team leader to coordinate topics for safety meetings.
performs other related duties as assigned.
scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
spot cleaning doors and frames.
vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
performing interior window cleanings.
vacuuming carpets and steam-cleaning upholstery
any other duties as assigned part of deep cleaning.
operating deep cleaning equipment and machines
follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfillment.
requirements:
proven experience handling deep cleaning services and methods to be followed.
working knowledge of tools and machines for deep cleaning.
manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
good english communication skills.
presentable and polite character
high school diploma or equivalent required.
exp in deep cleaning for residential projects & corporate projects.
exp in floor polishing and window cleaning is a plus.
