the ability to implement and follow up construction works from excavation work to completion of the project
the ability to deal with engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure the quality and speed of work
ability to measure and estimate costs
ability to plan, analyze and manage risks
preparing and following up the necessary plans, preparing the inventory and the quantities table, and being able to adhere to the schedule.
prepare the necessary technical reports periodically
