Job descriptionnegotiate yearly contract rates with key suppliers (hotels, transportation, etc.)update information about price, promotions, conditions from suppliers to related departmentshandle daily sales requestssupport sales department to help improve conversion rate of proposal confirmationcooperate with sales, operation and reservation departments to evaluate quality of suppliers and adjust contracting strategy accordinglyanalyze market trends (in relation with related departments) to expand database of hotels/suppliers accordinglysupport on contracting strategy plan and implementationparticipate actively in local networkingskillsjob requirementsnationality: anyexcellent english speaking & writing skills, arabic is a plusuniversity: bachelor’s degree in tourism management or other related fieldhaving at least 3 years’ experience in similar positionknowledge about saudi arabiaproactive, open-minded, good negotiation skill, flexibleability to work under high pressure, independently as well as within a teamwilling to be outside for inspections· strong computer applications skills (microsoft word, excel).
