Achieving the required plan in each shift according to priorities of the daily work order that are specified by the planning department, by taking into consideration the increase or decrease in the required quantities.
• supply the necessary production to achieve the plan so as not to change the priorities or filling bulks due to the lack of availability of production materials and taking into consideration the storage capacity in the production department without disposing excessive amounts
• daily inventory of the production supplies to calculate losses
• return unused production materials to warehouses in each shift
• calculating, registering and documenting the losses of potatoes and their causes
• calculating, registering and documenting the quantities of bulks from the production and entering into cold stores and the reasons for their exit
• filling the specified quantities bulks as a target by the production manager when the time is available
• informing the maintenance department by the breakdowns that affect the achievement of the plan or the quality of the production or lead to a physical contamination of the product or other pollution
• ensure the registration and documentation of previous breakdowns and reporting time and the time of completing maintenance.
• record the quantities that have been packaged and the consumption on oracle for each shift.
• record the deviation reasons from the plan or the standard consumption, if any
• follow up the delivery process of the final product into the cold stores to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of stocks
• informing the production engineer in case of defects in the quality of the production materials, which affect the efficiency of production with registration and documentation
