Inspection of raw materials (both food and packaging) at reception. rejecting the non-conforming products (not conforming to gyma standards), accepting conditionally if required after consulting his superior.inspection of new samples received from procurement team and updating response of quality status of those samples.monitoring temperature and relative humidity of the warehouse area and proper escalation upon any deviations.to raise external nonconformance for any serious safety and quality issues of the product.accountable to prevent any cross contamination to the products while inspection on inspection tray.preparation of product inspection report with quality status and forwarding the report summary to purchase and warehouse on daily basis.communicating properly with warehouse staff and other quality controllers on status of conditionally accepted products requiring special treatment. scheduling & supervising of products’ fumigation activities when required. proper filling of records on time and proper documentation in the final files.to arrange samples for dm inspection, hold the batch system wise until the results are okey.skillshaccpiso awareness, gmp/ghp in manufacturinggood excel knowledge
