The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: performing regular settlements, controlling balances and limits with business partners and external providersperform reporting activitiesdealing with banks, liquidity providers, payment systemsreview operational data for accuracy, correctness, and completenessmonitor and manage all expenses within the allotted budgetsupervising monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast processesassistance with payment solutions providers when needed (communication, solving problems, etc.) as backupparticipation in operational reconciliation projectsperform bank operations when neededskillsprofile requirements:fluent englishuniversity degree finance or businessat least 3 - 4 years of experience in international, fast-growing firm with a wide range of payment solutions (could be e-commerce, trading, cryptocurrencies operations, peer to peer payments, crowdfunding or similar)proven track record of successfully processing innovative payment solutions with b2c focus for online businessable to operate in a constantly changing environment of emerging markets, which require creative out of box solutionsexperience of handling complicated solutions for business needsanalytical approach, orientation towards detail, experience of handing cross border payments which require both accounting, technology and legal skillsetemotional intelligence, hardworking, positive attitude, reliability and responsibilityprudent, self-disciplined, detail oriented, able to handle operational and accounting tasksinternational, open-minded person, able to collaborate with teams and peers overseas
