Duties and responsibilitiesmonitor day-to-day operations of all components of the hospital cqi & ps program.recommend changes in the hospital cqi & ps program operations to hospital director.recommend changes in policies, procedures and hospital operations related to quality for the enhancement of patient care, safety and efficient utilization of resources.provide medical staff and administration with an effective mechanism to objectively assess current compliance with msd directives on an on-going basis in all departments and operations.act as resource or consultant to committees/departments/services with quality improvement functions to assist them in interpreting and complying with all phases of the hospital cqi & ps program.identify hospital cqi & ps education needs and provide appropriate orientation to committees, departments and individuals with quality improvement responsibilities as requested/needed.receive and follow-up on direct quality improvement issues and referrals in consultation with the hospital director.serve on selected hospital-wide and appropriate medical and administrative committees that oversee quality, when appointed by committee chairman.ensure all unresolved quality issues are acted upon.maintain the necessary controls and records in accordance with msd by-laws and directives as well as the hospital general process.perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge skills and abilities.skillsessential: excellent skills in communication to work with senior managements and various msd and akafhs.essential: ability to organize and conduct written and verbal projects, workshops and conferences.essential: ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multicultural environment. educationالجودة
