We are looking to hire holiday homes manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our new holiday homes business and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.job responsibilities: oversee the overall management and maintenance of holiday homes, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for guest occupancy. conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs. develop and implement procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the properties.ensure outstanding guest experiences by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. train, and manage a team of employees, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant staff. establish work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure high productivity and adherence to quality standards. manage inventory levels of supplies, amenities, and equipment required for guest stays. maintain accurate records of inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure adequate stock levels. implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. application of move-in permits, short-stay, coordination with building developers/managers and utility connection for newly onboarded properties (gas, internet, dewa, chiller connections). skillsqualifications and skills: bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing holiday homes.strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. proficiency in property management software and ms office suite. proficiency in handling dtcm unit permit applications for new properties
