Workshop manager - saudi arabia, riyadh

Main purpose
manage the maintenance required for the fleet and strategies a plan for the workshop

responsibilities
• in charge of all maintenance required for the fleet
• point of contact with suppliers
• develop a plan to lower the cost of workshop
• open accounts with suppliers
• manage workshop staff/equipment efficiently , add new staff
• prepare 5 new mobile workshop to cover all fleet for maintain and changing oil in all regions and make the plan of maintenance and make as new department.

• satisfaction of the operation team/ depending on the tools provided
• workshop leads and credit period & limits
• workshop expenses / fleet maintenance expenses
• workshop team performance and efficiency

education:  secondary / diploma
experience:  5 + years in mechanics
languages:  medium literacy level (basic understanding of arabic & english)
