Refrigeration supervisor from india or transferable iqama - saudi arabia, riyadh

Dear candidates we are looking for the following:

> instructs, directs and supervises the activities of all the chilling compressors / ahu / cooling towers and their maintenance as per maintenance program.)
> design, install, repair and maintain refrigeration equipment in industrial and commercial buildings where perishable goods are stored at a constant low temperature
> prescribes work detail, specifications and procedures to be adopted in special undertakings related to the repair, maintenance and modification of equipment.

job tasks:

• phe ( brine / glycol / ammonia)
• compressor (ammonia & freon)
• air conditioners
• condenser/ evaporators
• cooling towers
• evaporator (cold rooms)
• thermostat / heaters functioning
• continuous freezer- (ice cream)
• complete cold room refrigeration system
• hardening chambers / spiral chambers
• responsible for minimum break down time and maximum availability of the machinery
• to do the modification / projects if required for the effective working of the machinery
• responsible for generating ideas and implementation of energy saving methods
• responsible for training his team for skill upgradation.
• responsible for good house keeping and good manufacturing practices
• responsible for self and associate safety
• responsible for any other job assigned by the superior from time to time for smooth functioning of work
• responsible maintaining all records relevant to the above.
• responsible to maintain critical & general required spares in stock within the allotted budgets
• ensure no ammonia / freon / brine leakages in the system.
• ensure 100% clti & preventive maintenance activities in respective areas.

skills
• working knowledge of refrigeration drawing.
• hands on trouble shooting / installation of ammonia & freon chilling systems.
• some knowledge of equipment cost accounting methods.
• some knowledge of machine automation design.
• ability to plan and direct the work of a large staff of subordinates.
