• candidate must possess at least vocational diploma/short course certificate, bachelor's in architecture, any type of engineering, or equivalent.
• minimum of 3-5 years working experience as cad operator for construction building/ kitchen equipment/ architecture plans /interior design, hvac, mep plans,.
• preferably filipino national. pakistani, indian or sri lanka are welcome.
• supports engineers and designers of all disciplines through a variety of tasks including proposal drawings and sketches
• produces shop drawings, assembly drawings and maintains design drawings for building for restuarant
• perform other duties and miscellaneous responsibilities like preparing materials or boq.
• monitor and assist all construction on drawings that you have provided.
• keep the directory of drawings up to date and documented.
• experience with the current version of auto cad,3d is advantage
• should monitor and visit the site project status, verify project dimensions and supervise the project installation
• willing to be assigned or travel any part of saudi arabia or middle east
• willing to start asap!
• knows to speak arabic or english
• should be transferable iqama / if expired iqama will be discussed
