Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals & targets.continue introducing all equipment products for the region being incorporate feedback.continue to respond on sales enquiries & personal visits to insure commercial and technical offers are in place.develop & maintain electronic database for all your accounts.develop & maintain electronic database for all your major application.planning and carrying out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.provide quarterly sales projections by customer by product adhering to the following context. billed / actual / open order/ estimate.attending training and developing relevant knowledge and skills.measuring performance of key accounts within assigned region by new product introduction & increased product usage.surveying market for present and future projects.educate end user & promote hatcon agreements within specified accounts.implement customer focused skills including pre – call planning.product knowledge.demonstrate product applications.deliver results / business plan implementation.monitor and support in receivables collection.guide & advise end user in decision making.quality responsibilities · to contribute on achieving functional quality objectives in line with the qms.skillsminimum desired educational qualification: bachelor'ss degree in engineering; preferably in mechanicalminimum required skill, experience, training2+ years as a sales engineer in a similar role promoting the coating & lining range of products.good time and territory management
