System administrator/desktop technical support - saudi arabia, new industrial city

The position is expert level administration and technical support for all windows server & workstation 10/11//2019/2022 on both hardware and ms hypervisor platforms, server hardware and storage area network. provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting.
responsibilities
• administers windows based servers/workstations in a virtual and physical platform. installs, configure and upgrades windows workstation/server hardware and software. independently installs, configures, upgrades and administers
• coordinates and works with third party vendors (microsoft, cisco, dell, sonic wall firewall others) as needed to resolve technical issues.
• this position provides expert technical support for the design, purchase, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and administration.
• technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
• setting up and installing new computers, networks, knowledge of crimping and keeping good knowledge of tcp/ip networking
• setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
• installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
• installing and configuring other applications such as microsoft office
• diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
• maintaining inventories of hardware and software
• trouble shooting of cctv camera and configuring cctv software
• installation and configuring of wifi device and dhcp scope desktop support including hardware like desktop, laptop, scanner, laser printer, barcode printer, software and networking problems.
• installed, configured and maintained the regular updates/patches of os and antivirus. desktop and laptop backup and restore. log maintenance.
required skills:
• bachelor of science in computer engineering (5 years course) or any related technical four years courses
• five (5) years experience in one or more of the following it disciplines: consultation, systems development, systems analysis, database management, web server administration, technical support troubleshooting, project management, or server management.
• five (5) years experience providing administration and technical support for ms windows servers in virtual and physical platforms, consulting, analyzing, designing, installing, and or maintaining computer software applications, hardware, providing customer or technical support in information technology disciplines.
• four (5) experience in windows 2019/2022 server, exchange server, administration at the expert level installing, configuring, upgrading and testing of windows server hardware and software, including consulting and collaboration.
• five (5) or more years of experience in architecting, implementing, configuring, administering and supporting a microsoft hypervisor.
• five (5) or more years administering and supporting an enterprise class disaster recovery environment for windows 2019/2022 servers in both virtual and physical platforms.
desired qualifications:
• microsoft server 2019/2022 certifications.
• vmware certifications.
