(on candidate's free time). - evaluating customer service in car showrooms, restaurants, retail stores and others. mystery shopping visits with no purchase: fees per report vary between 50 and 150 aed per visit depending on the visit type (phone calls, walk-in visit, etc.) mystery shopping with purchase visits: we cover the product fee/ food cost up to a pre-agreed amount that varies between different assignments.skillsattention to detail: an eye for detail is crucial in observing and noting even the smallest aspects of a shopping experience, such as interactions with staff, product displays, cleanliness, and more.observational skills: the ability to keenly observe and accurately recall details about the shopping environment, employee behavior, and overall customer experience.communication skills: effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting your observations clearly and providing detailed feedback in your reports.neutrality and objectivity: being able to assess experiences without personal bias, allowing you to provide fair and accurate evaluations.adaptability: flexibility to adapt to different scenarios, locations, and types of assignments, ensuring consistency in evaluations.analytical thinking: the capacity to analyze your observations and draw meaningful insights from your experiences to provide actionable feedback.
