شركة الخدمات السمعية تبحث عن فني سمعيات من أجل توسيع فريق العمل في جدة, السعودية. تمتلك شركتنا أكثر من 11 عام في مجال السمعيات من برمجة وصناعة قوالب داخلية وخارجية من مختلف المصانع والشركات. المسمى الوظيفي: فني سمعيات (صنع قوالب – برمجة – صيانة – تركيب السماعة). تحضير مقاسات قوالب السمع وتفصيلها وما يخص السماعات من برمجة ومطابقة مع المريض حسب المخطط المرفق لديه. hearing services company is looking for a hearing aid specialist / technician to expand its team in jeddah, saudi arabia. we have more than 11 years of experience in the field of hearing aid programming and manufacturing internal and external templates from various factories and companies.job title: hearing aid specialist / technician (template making - programming - maintenance – hearing aids installation). preparing and detailing the dimensions of the hearing aid templates, as well as programming and matching the hearing aids with the patient according to the attached chart.skillsالمهام الرئيسية:إجراء تخطيط السمع وفحص السمع الأولي للمريض باستخدام أجهزة فحص السمع الخاصة، وضبط تدرج السمع وتحديد مستوى السمع في كلا الاذنين وتحديد حاجة المريض لنوع للسماعات الطبيةبرمجة السماعة المناسبة على مخططه المرفق لديه من الطبيب تحديد مقاس الاذن في حال الحاجة الى قوالب او سماعات داخلية مع البرمجة والتعديلتحديد القياس المناسب للسماعة ونوعها وحجمها ومواصفاتها، وتجهيز هيكل السماعة الطبية وصنع قالب السماعة وتركيب متمماتها وتركيب السماعةصيانة السماعة الداخلية او الخارجية وما يترتب عليها من خدمات أخرىالتعامل مع الأجهزة الحديثة مثل الطابعة الثلاثية الأبعاد والسكان الثلاثي الابعاد واعداد البرامج المناسب اليها ومطابقتها على اذن المريض (في حال تواجد هذه الأجهزة)استبدال أي قطع في السماعة للصيانة في حال كان هناك حاجة لذلك تطوير أساليب وإجراءات العمل ومواكبة التطورات في مجال السمعإعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتعلقة بالسمع وحفظها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المنظمة، وضمان تطبيق مبادئ وقواعد السلامة العامة أثناء القيام بمختلف أعمال السمعالمؤهل التعليمي:شهادة تخصص في مجال فني السمعياتدورات علمية وتدريبية إضافية ان وجدتالجدارات السلوكية:التركيز على جودة الخدمةالقدرة على بناء العلاقاتالعلاج وإعادة التأهيلالعمل الجماعيالمهارات الفنية:مطابقة التخطيط مع السماعة بما يناسب المريض توافق كاملالمطابقة في حال وجود الطنين مع نقص السمع المطابقة في حال الهدوء واحتاج لوضوح الصوت في البرمجة أجهزة السمع (اختبار وتدريب)السماعات الطبية قياس قوة السمع والصعوبات السمعيةالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة السمعية إعادة تأهيل مرتكز على المطابقةالخبرات السابقة:أنواع شركات السماعات التي سبق العمل عليها والمدة بكل منهاماكينات تصنيع القوالب التي تم التعامل معها مسبقانحن ندعو المتقدمين من داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وخارجها للتقديم للعمل إن كانت مهاراتهم وخبراتهم تناسب هذا الوظيفة.main duties:conducting audiograms and examining the patient's initial hearing using special hearing aids, adjusting the gradient of hearing, determining the level of hearing in both ears, and determining the patient's need for a type of hearing aid.program the appropriate hearing aid on the patient’s attached chart from the doctordetermine the size of the ear in case of need for template or internal hearing aid with programming and modificationdetermining the appropriate size, type, and specifications of the hearing aid, preparing the structure, making the template, installing its accessories, and installing the hearing aidmaintenance of the internal or external hearing aid and other related servicesdealing with modern devices such as the 3d printer and the 3d scanner, preparing appropriate programs for them and matching them to the patient's ear (if these devices are available)replacing any parts of the hearing aid for maintenance, if neededdevelop new methods, enhance current company’s procedures and keep abreast of developments in the field of hearing aidspreparing documents and reports related to hearing and keeping them in its own database in accordance with the policies and procedures organized, and ensuring the application of principles and rules of public safety while carrying out various hearing work. educational qualification:degree in the relevant field of audio / hearing aid technicianadditional related certificates and training courses, if available, desired.behavioural competences:• focus on excellent customer service• the ability to build relationships• treatment and rehabilitation skills •outstanding teamwork skillsprofessional skills:• matching the layout with the hearing aid to suit the patient with full, accurate compatibility• compatibility in case of tinnitus with hearing impairment• matching in the event of calmness and need clarity of voice in programming• hearing aids (testing and training)• medical hearing aid• measurement of hearing and hearing difficulties• match-based rehabilitation for persons with hearing disabilities. previous experience:• the time spent on working on the different types of hearing aids by different companies• template manufacturing machines that have been previously dealt with. we invite all applicants from inside and outside the kingdom of saudi arabia to apply for the position if their skills and experience are suitable for this role.
