job requirement:

1. experience in subcontracting (bidding and estimation, making the bill of quantities) or procurement
2. work experience as project control engineer in construction companies such as genecon., steel structure, mechanical, piping,
civil and building, electrical and instrument, etc.
3. ability to review the financial statement and evaluate the company’s construction capacity

- duty to be done

1. sourcing and surveying the qualified subcontractor in ksa
2. evaluate the subcontractor’s capacity
3. expediting the bidding status with the subcontractor

candidate must be proficient in reading writing and speaking the english language
