(1) a/c / electrical maintenance technician
• scope:
will be responsible for the following:
1. routine maintenance of a/c’s (cleaning, preventive maintenance, repair of faults)
2. electrical maintenance
i. replacing light bulbs
ii. checking electrical faults if any
iii. routine maintenance of electrical panel boards (dusting)
iv. smoke detector batteries
v. check water pump electrical function
3. if has extra skills and can do in addition for extra allowance:
i. fixing door handles
ii. paint repairs
iii. routing checking of building in general

• should be graduate of technical institute; minimum 7 years in a/c and electrical maintenance of buildings.
• transferable iqama or ajeer
• pleasant in nature, knows how to speak, read, write english.
