Work tasks


plumbing supervisors will share their time between hands-on work and leading others within their own sub-team.
plumbing supervisors will focus on progress and quality for plumbing work.
ensure that work carried out complies with local regulations



responsibilities


? teach installation skills to other employees within the company
? develop and maintain routines and aids for installation coordination in the projects
? participate as an expert in the procurement of installation consultants
? be an expert in drawing up demarcation lists for installation contracts
? coordinated functional tests and ce markings
? provide feedback on installation issues
? plan staffing needs
? review drawings and come up with suggestions for improvements and simplifications
? perform commissioning at the workplace
? continuously look for ways we can move more of the installation work to the module factory instead of doing it on site
? ensure that all drawings and descriptions are up-to-date and be helpful in drawing up relational documents and du folders for final inspection and handover
? report deviations, incidents, and opportunities for improvement
? participate in meetings regarding time planning and progress.
? keep track of the work environment and report if deficiencies occur

qualifications

? technical training in your field
? management/leadership experience
? calculating/project economics education/training
? industry experience (should be 3 - 5 years)
? knowledge of environmental and work environment requirements

• should have valid transferrable iqama.
