**role and responsibilities:**
- provide technical support and troubleshooting for it-related issues, with a specialization in printing machines.
- assist users in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems related to printing devices.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of printing solutions within the it ecosystem.
- offer remote and on-site support, guiding users through problem-solving steps and providing clear instructions.
- document and maintain records of technical issues, solutions provided, and frequently encountered problems.
- stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in printing technology to provide proactive support and recommendations.

**requirements:**
- proven experience as a tier 1 it support specialist or similar role.
- in-depth knowledge of various printing machines, their configurations, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- familiarity with printer drivers, software, and connectivity setups.
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
