Senior architect / interior designer engineer - saudi arabia, umluj
A well-established engineering & construction company, head office located in dammam (eastern province) kingdom of saudi arabia.
project located: between the regions of umluj and al-wajh
we are urgently looking for the following :
job_1# code 2.01 (interior design engineer) “minimum 10 years experience ”
*education, experience and requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in space planning, material and finish selection, furniture specification and procurement, signage, dimensional renderings etc. related to the hotel facilities and execution.
- bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- portfolio of design work.
- project management experience.
- experience with computational design.
- highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- professional user of design tools such as autocad, illustrator, sketchup, 3d max, revit, rhino and lighting simulation tools such as dialux and relux. or similar design software.
- interior design certification is highly preferred.
*priority for those inside the kingdom of saudi arabia who have transferable iqama and can join immediately: 30 days maximum.
