What you’ll do:perform analysis and configuration in sap sd module, specifically in areas of order to cash process, billing, and pricingconsult with other team members on configuration design questions and analysisparticipate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements and documenting functional designsresolve complex business requirementscreate a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deploymentwork closely with the change and release management team to ensure representation and coordination of the project throughout the change and release processprovide the appropriate level of communication to digital technology and business team members and stakeholders in support of the project or workwork closely with the project manager to ensure successful completion of project deliverablesparticipate in an on-call support rotation, triage and troubleshoot incidents to ensure they are resolved within agreed to service level timeframesskillswhat we’re looking for:2-3 years of experience working with sap sales and distribution moduleability to debug abap code when analyzing issues is a plusexperience with s4 hana is a plusproficiency in english is requiredbachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineeringability to prioritize and resolve complex business issuesexperience working with global teamsexcellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organizationstrong problem solving and teamwork skillsable to work with minimal supervision
