Job location:red sea requirements:develops a safety culture among all workers to build joint responsibility between individuals from management to employees.to develop and maintain the company’s hse policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation on job sites, also to develop and update of hse statistics.thoroughly reads contract safety requirements and the proper  prepares and monitor the implementation of the project safety plan.  assigns responsibility and distributes work to site safety team (as needed).   ensures the implementation of the project safety plan by all personnel on site  responsible for developing, implementing and auditing project safety requirements/programs.approves the site selection and inspection of personal protective equipment (ppe) an other projects specific safety equipment/devices and monitors their usage on site. conducts weekly/monthly safety meetings on siteattends project progress meeting and contributes to the safety sections.prepares project management safety reports including statistics and summaries of training inductions and incidents.personally investigates site accidents and analyzes causes so as to provide management with a report including corrective and preventive actions.relays site injury incidents to personnel department to meet procedural requirements skills.influence, problem solving, project team orientation, teamwork, execution excellence, leadership, risk management, results orientation, developing employees.strong command of the english language. arabic would be an added advantagecomputer skills: microsoft office
