Duties and responsibilities1 responsible for managing specific aspects of continuous quality improvement & patient safety as identified by the cqi & ps director.2 assisting the cqi & ps director in the coordination of departments involvement in the continuous quality improvement & patient safety programme and the quality system.3 assists cqi & ps director in helping to identify trends and detect roots causes of non-conformances/problems.4 assists data management or quality improvement unit as per assignment of cqi & ps director on quality improvement projects and in survey reports.5 participates actively in continuous quality improvement & patient safety meetings, suggesting initiatives and helping to identify and solve any problems, which may arise.6 perform any other duties as assigned by the cqi & ps director.1 مسؤول عن إدارة جوانب محددة من التحسين المستمر للجودة وسلامة المرضى على النحو الذي حدده مدير cqi & ps.2 مساعدة مدير cqi & ps في تنسيق مشاركة الإدارات في برنامج التحسين المستمر للجودة وسلامة المرضى ونظام الجودة.3 يساعد مدير cqi & ps في المساعدة على تحديد الاتجاهات واكتشاف الأسباب الجذرية لعدم المطابقة / المشكلات.4 يساعد وحدة إدارة البيانات أو تحسين الجودة وفقًا لمهمة مدير cqi & ps في مشاريع تحسين الجودة وفي تقارير المسح.5 يشارك بنشاط في اجتماعات التحسين المستمر للجودة وسلامة المرضى، ويقترح المبادرات ويساعد في تحديد وحل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ.6 أداء أي واجبات أخرى يكلفها بها مدير cqi & ps.skills1 bachelor in healthcare science or its equivalent2 diploma/ certification on quality courses attended or cphq - essential.3 enthusiasm, commitment and accountability.4 works on own initiative and as a part of a team.5 good interpersonal.6 at least 2 (two) years experience in quality department with similar role in a multispecialty hospital. knowledge in both international (jci) and national standards (cbahi).7 knowledgable in quality tools, focus-pdsa, six sigma, etc, proficiency in computer operations including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management skills and graphic presentations8 excellent verbal and written skills in english.9 ability to communicate in arabic on a conversational level preferred.1 بكالوريوس في العلوم الصحية أو ما يعادلها2 دبلوم/شهادة في دورات الجودة التي تم حضورها أو cphq - أساسي.3- الحماس والالتزام والمسؤولية.4 يعمل بمبادرة شخصية وكجزء من فريق.5- حسن التعامل مع الآخرين.6 خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قسم الجودة مع دور مماثل في مستشفى متعدد التخصصات. المعرفة في كل من المعايير الدولية (jci) والوطنية (cbahi).7 معرفة بأدوات الجودة، focus-pdsa، six sigma، وما إلى ذلك، الكفاءة في عمليات الكمبيوتر بما في ذلك معالجة النصوص وجداول البيانات ومهارات إدارة قواعد البيانات والعروض التقديمية الرسومية8 مهارات شفهية وكتابية ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية.9 القدرة على التواصل باللغة العربية على مستوى المحادثة المفضلeducationبكالوريوس في إدارة الجودة أو العلوم الصحية أو ما يعادلها مع شرط وجود دبلوم/شهادة في دورات الجودة التي تم حضورها أو cphq
