Duties and responsibilities1 abides by the medical staff bylaws, code of medical ethics, rules and regulations of the medical staff and those specific to the department.2 provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible.3 carries out a full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the consultant/senior registrar following individually approved clinical privileges4 participates in on-call duties as required by the department.5 participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (total quality management programme, quality assessment improvement programme) as applicable6 instructs and guides when necessary junior medical staff in the overall care of patients, supervises their performance/work and contributes to the training and teaching activities in the department.7 reports and discusses all unusual findings, complications or alterations in the management plan with the consultant/senior registrar.8 fulfils the requirements of the saudi council for health specialties concerning continuing medical education.9 works towards completing his post-graduate training and obtaining the final part of his board or membership.10 attends the department's continuing medical education programme11 participates in approved research projects.12 shares the workload in his speciality during the absence of his colleagues.13 strives to improve his clinical expertise and standard of practice concerning morbidity andcost-effectiveness.14 participates in the major disaster plan of the hospital as indicated15 performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities within the hospital and/or affiliated medical facilities.1 الالتزام بلائحة الطاقم الطبي وقواعد الأخلاقيات الطبية وقواعد وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي وتلك الخاصة بالقسم.2 يوفر أعلى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من الرعاية الطبية للمرضى الذين يكون مسؤولاً عنهم.3 ينفذ مجموعة كاملة من الواجبات السريرية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين كما تم تعيينها من قبل الاستشاري / المسجل الأول بعد الامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي4 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل الإدارة.5 يشارك في تحسين جودة رعاية المرضى (برنامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة، برنامج تحسين تقييم الجودة) حسب الاقتضاء6 يرشد ويوجه الموظفين الطبيين المبتدئين عند الضرورة في الرعاية الشاملة للمرضى، ويشرف على أدائهم/عملهم ويساهم في أنشطة التدريب والتدريس في القسم.7 تقارير ومناقشة جميع النتائج أو التعقيدات أو التعديلات غير العادية في خطة الإدارة مع المستشار / كبير المسجلين.8 أن يحقق متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.9 يعمل على استكمال تدريبه بعد التخرج والحصول على الجزء الأخير من مجلس إدارته أو عضويته.10 يحضر برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر بالقسم11 يشارك في المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة.12 يشاركه عبء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه.13 يسعى جاهداً لتحسين خبرته السريرية ومستوى ممارسته فيما يتعلق بالمراضة والمرضالفعالية من حيث التكلفة.14 يشارك في خطة الكوارث الكبرى للمستشفى كما هو محدد15 يؤدي المهام والواجبات الأخرى المطبقة المعينة في مجال معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته داخل المستشفى و/أو المرافق الطبية التابعة لها.skills1 graduate from a recognized medical school.2 master degree or equivalent qualification in obstetrics and gynaecology.3 specialized experience in obstetrics&gynecology for at least two (2) years.3 some experience in research4 ability to assume greater responsibility in matters of patient care.5. commitment to learning and training in pursuance of a career in his chosen speciality.6 ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy with patients and staff alike.7 ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment1-خريج كلية طب معترف بها.2 درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها في أمراض النساء والتوليد.3 خبرة متخصصة في أمراض النساء والتوليد لمدة سنتين (2) على الأقل.3- بعض الخبرة في مجال البحث4 القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية أكبر في شؤون رعاية المرضى.5. الالتزام بالتعلم والتدريب في مواصلة مهنة التخصص الذي يختاره.6 القدرة على التعامل بهدوء ولباقة ودبلوماسية مع المرضى والموظفين على حد سواء.7 القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافاتeducationsaudi board or master degree or equivalent qualification in obstetrics and gynaecology
