Duties and responsibilities1 abides by the medical staff bylaws, code of medical ethics, rules and regulations of the medical staff and those specific to the department.2 provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible.3 carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the consultant/senior registrar in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.4 participates in the on-call duties as required by the department.5 participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (total quality management programme, quality assessment improvement programme) as applicable.6 instructs and guides when necessary junior medical staff in the overall care of patients, supervises their performance/work and contributes to the training and teaching activities in the department.7 to report and discuss all unusual findings, complication or alterations in the management plan, with the consultant/senior registrar.8 fulfills the requirements of the saudi council for health specialties with regard to continuing medical education.9 works towards completing his post graduate training and passing the final part his membership or saudi board.10 attends the continuing medical education programme of the department11 participates in approved research projects.12 strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectiveness.13 shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues.14 to acquire and maintain a valid certification in advanced cardiac life support acls).15 participates in the major disaster plan of the hospital, as indicated16 performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, within the hospital and/or affiliated medical facilities1 الالتزام بلائحة الطاقم الطبي وقواعد الأخلاقيات الطبية وقواعد وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي وتلك الخاصة بالقسم.2 يوفر أعلى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من الرعاية الطبية للمرضى الذين يكون مسؤولاً عنهم.3 ينفذ مجموعة كاملة من الواجبات السريرية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين كما تم تعيينها من قبل الاستشاري / المسجل الأول وفقًا للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي.4 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل الإدارة.5 يشارك في تحسين جودة رعاية المرضى (برنامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة، برنامج تحسين تقييم الجودة) حسب الاقتضاء.6 يرشد ويوجه الموظفين الطبيين المبتدئين عند الضرورة في الرعاية الشاملة للمرضى، ويشرف على أدائهم/عملهم ويساهم في أنشطة التدريب والتدريس في القسم.7 للإبلاغ عن جميع النتائج أو المضاعفات أو التعديلات غير العادية ومناقشتها في خطة الإدارة مع المستشار / كبير المسجلين.8 أن يحقق متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.9 يعمل على استكمال تدريبه بعد التخرج واجتياز الجزء الأخير من عضويته أو البورد السعودي.10 يحضر برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر بالقسم11 يشارك في المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة.12 يسعى جاهداً لتحسين خبرته السريرية بالإضافة إلى مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة وفعالية التكلفة.13 يشاركه أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه.14 الحصول على شهادة صالحة في دعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم (acls) والحفاظ عليها.15 يشارك في خطة الكوارث الكبرى للمستشفى، كما هو محدد16 يؤدي المهام والواجبات الأخرى المطبقة المعينة في مجال معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته، داخل المستشفى و / أو المرافق الطبية التابعة لها skills1 graduate from a recognised medical school.2 master degree or equivalent in general medicine3 saudi board or equivalent higher qualification in general medicine4 specialised professional experience for a minimum of three (3) years in general medicine.5 ability to assume greater responsibility in matters of patient care.6 commitment to learning and training in pursuance of a career in his chosen specialty.7 ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy to patient and staff alik8 ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment1-خريج كلية طب معترف بها.2 درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها في الطب العام3 البورد السعودي أو ما يعادلها من مؤهل عالي في الطب العام4 خبرة مهنية متخصصة لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات في الطب العام.5 القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية أكبر في شؤون رعاية المرضى.6 الالتزام بالتعلم والتدريب في مواصلة مهنة التخصص الذي يختاره.7 القدرة على التعامل بهدوء ولباقة ودبلوماسية مع المريض والموظفين على حد سواء8 القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافاتeducationsaudi board or master degree equivalent higher qualification in general medicine
