Duties and responsibilities1. in collaboration with the infection control chairman and committee to develop and monitor a process for collecting and analyzing infection control data.2. consult with the infectious disease consultants in matters pertaining to clinical management of patients with infectious diseases.3. develop and evaluate criteria for health care associated infection to be used in surveillance activities.4. analyze infection control data to evaluate and make recommendations regarding infection control practice.5. evaluate the surveillance plan to assure the infection control program is meeting the needs of the hospital.6. evaluate the surveillance process to assure accuracy and consistency of reporting and evaluation.7. identify and report epidemiological variations to the infection control chairman and committee and make recommendations to improve.8. collaborate in the development of revision of infection control policies.9. revise and review the infection control manual as appropriate, in conjunction with the infection control committee.10. design special studies as indicated when pathogen display unusual trends.11. initiate outbreak investigation and control measures in collaboration with the infection control chairman.12. ensure compliance with the infection control policies and procedures among hospital staff.13. provide infection control orientation to new employees and coordinates the infection control education efforts of the department.14. participate in hospital wide performance improvement activities.15. ensure self motivation for continuous education.16. follow all hospital related policies and procedures.17. perform other related duties as assigned.18. coordinating activities with visits on site and documentation daily, weekly, monthly with the following committees:1-18 hospital safety & improvement committee2-18. environmental health committee1. بالتعاون مع رئيس ولجنة مكافحة العدوى لتطوير ومراقبة عملية جمع وتحليل بيانات مكافحة العدوى.2. التشاور مع استشاريي الأمراض المعدية في الأمور المتعلقة بالإدارة السريرية للمرضى المصابين بالأمراض المعدية.3. تطوير وتقييم معايير العدوى المرتبطة بالرعاية الصحية لاستخدامها في أنشطة المراقبة.4. تحليل بيانات مكافحة العدوى لتقييم وتقديم التوصيات فيما يتعلق بممارسات مكافحة العدوى.5. تقييم خطة المراقبة للتأكد من أن برنامج مكافحة العدوى يلبي احتياجات المستشفى.6. تقييم عملية المراقبة لضمان دقة واتساق التقارير والتقييم.7. تحديد الاختلافات الوبائية وإبلاغها إلى رئيس ولجنة مكافحة العدوى وتقديم التوصيات لتحسينها.8. التعاون في تطوير مراجعة سياسات مكافحة العدوى.9. مراجعة ومراجعة دليل مكافحة العدوى حسب الاقتضاء بالتنسيق مع لجنة مكافحة العدوى.10. تصميم دراسات خاصة كما هو محدد عندما يظهر العامل الممرض اتجاهات غير عادية.11. البدء في إجراءات التحقيق في تفشي المرض ومكافحته بالتعاون مع رئيس مكافحة العدوى.12. ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى بين موظفي المستشفى.13. توفير التوجيه لمكافحة العدوى للموظفين الجدد وتنسيق الجهود التثقيفية لمكافحة العدوى في القسم.14. المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الأداء على مستوى المستشفى.15. التأكد من التحفيز الذاتي للتعليم المستمر.16. اتباع كافة السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالمستشفى.17-أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما تم تعيينها.18. تنسيق الأنشطة بالزيارات الميدانية والتوثيق يوميًا وأسبوعيًا وشهريًا مع اللجان التالية:1-18 لجنة السلامة والتحسين بالمستشفيات2-18. لجنة الصحة البيئيةskills1.bachelor in nursing with experiance minimum one year infection control requires a current rn license with diploma/bsn preferred, or certified medical technologist, or a bachelor's degree in microbiology or epidemiology.2.current registration license from the country of origin required.3. certification in infection control (cic) required.4. essential: five years relevant experience in infection control. with strong knowledge.5. desirable: leadership skills6.specialized knowledge:7. broad clinical and managerial experience1. بكالوريوس في التمريض مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مكافحة العدوى. يتطلب ترخيص rn الحالي مع الدبلوم/bsn المفضل، أو تقني طبي معتمد، أو درجة البكالوريوس في علم الأحياء الدقيقة أو علم الأوبئة.2. مطلوب ترخيص التسجيل الحالي من بلد المنشأ.3. يشترط الحصول على شهادة في مكافحة العدوى (cic).4. أساسي: خمس سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال مكافحة العدوى. مع المعرفة القوية.5. مرغوب فيه: مهارات القيادة6. المعرفة المتخصصة:7. خبرة سريرية وإدارية واسعةeducationبكالوريوس تمريض مع وجود خبرة في العدوى او دبلوم معتمد من الهيئة في مكافحة العدوى بعد البكالوريوس في الاحياء او ذو علاقة
