Duties and responsibilitiesabides by the medical staff bylaws, code of medical ethics, rules and regulations of the medical staff and those specific to the department/division.2 provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible.3 carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the director of department/head of division in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges4 participates in the on-call duties as required by the department/division.5 participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (total quality management programme, quality assessment improvement programme) as applicable.6 instructs and guides when necessary junior medical staff in the overall care of patient, supervises their performance/work and contributes to the training and teaching activities in the department.7 to report and discuss all unusual findings, complication or alterations in the management plan, with the senior registrar and consultant.8 fulfills the requirements of the saudi council for health specialties with regard to continuing medical education.9 attends the department's continuing medical education programme.10 participates in approved research projects11 shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues.12 to acquire and maintain a valid certification in bls (basic life support).13 strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectives.14 participates in the major disaster plan of the hospital, as indicated15 performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, within the hospital or affiliated medical facilities.1 يلتزم باللوائح الداخلية للموظفين الطبيين ، ومدونة قواعد الأخلاق الطبية ، والقواعد واللوائح الخاصة بالطاقم الطبي وتلك الخاصة بالقسم / القسم.2 يوفر أعلى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من الرعاية الطبية للمرضى المسؤولين عنهم.3 ينفذ مجموعة كاملة من الواجبات السريرية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين على النحو الذي يحدده مدير القسم / رئيس القسم وفقًا للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي4 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل القسم / القسم.5 يشارك في تحسين جودة رعاية المرضى (برنامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، برنامج تحسين تقييم الجودة) حسب الاقتضاء.6 يوجه ويوجه عند الضرورة الطاقم الطبي المبتدئ في الرعاية الشاملة للمريض ، ويشرف على أدائهم / عملهم ويساهم في أنشطة التدريب والتدريس في القسم.7 للإبلاغ ومناقشة جميع النتائج غير العادية أو التعقيدات أو التعديلات في خطة الإدارة مع كبير المسجل والمستشار.8 يستوفي متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.9 يحضر برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر بالقسم.10 يشارك في المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة11- يشارك أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه.12 للحصول على شهادة صالحة والحفاظ عليها في bls (دعم الحياة الأساسي).13 يسعى إلى تحسين خبرته السريرية بالإضافة إلى مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة والتكلفة الفعالة.14 المشاركة في خطة الكوارث الكبرى للمستشفى كما هو محدد15 يؤدي المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في نطاق معارفه ومهاراته وقدراته ، داخل المستشفى أو المرافق الطبية التابعة.skills1 graduate from a recognized medical school.2 master degree, or valid registration in sci-is as a pediatric registrar.3 saudi board or equivalent qualification in pediatrics.4 specialized professional experience for a minimum of four (4) years in pediatrics.4 ability to assume greater responsibility in matters of patient care.5 commitment to learning and training in pursuance of a career in his chosen specialty6 ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy to patient and staff alike.7 ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.8 ability to speak, write and read english.1 تخرج من كلية طب معترف بها.2 درجة الماجستير ، أو تسجيل ساري المفعول في sci-is كمسجل طب الأطفال.3 البورد السعودي أو ما يعادلها في طب الأطفال.4 خبرة مهنية متخصصة لمدة لا تقل عن أربع (4) سنوات في طب الأطفال.4 القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية أكبر في أمور رعاية المرضى.5 - الالتزام بالتعلم والتدريب لمتابعة مهنة في التخصص الذي اختاره6 القدرة على التعامل بهدوء ولباقة ودبلوماسية مع المريض والموظفين على حدٍ سواء.7 القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.8 القدرة على التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية.educationsaudi board or equivalent qualification in pediatrics.
