A leading company based in jeddah in the f&b industry is looking for talented and professional candidates to join our team with the following requirements:responsibilities: responsible for analyzing and recommending effective costs and cost savings. plan, study, and collect data to determine the cost of business activities such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. record all cost information for use in controlling expenditures. analyze audits of costs and prepare reports accordingly. estimation of new and proposed product costs, and calculating the break-even point for said products. provide reports specifying and comparing prices and profitability of products or services. maintain cost accounting system. provide a summary of the costs required by various people in the accounting and control division to prepare daily and monthly reports. provide heads of departments with the cost figures necessary for them to operate their individual profit center profitably. provide a system of monitoring the data input by operation-level personnel. to compare details of quantities, unit costs, etc., on regular purchase orders to those on authorized purchase requests. to supervise the purchasing cycle and check the data entered by employees and correct where necessary.to prepare daily the comparison report on food and beverage actual vs. potential costs/sales.skillspreferred candidate:bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.previous experience in a similar field for a minimum of 3 years.expert in finance and cost control within the f&b industry.proficiency in financial software and ms office suite.strong analytical, problem-solving, and leading & communication skills.
