Senior mep project engineer - saudi arabia, northern province

Project management:lead and manage mep project(s) from conception to completion, under the supervision of a project manager.develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project stakeholders.oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.technical expertise:provide expert guidance on mep systems installation, testing and commissioning.review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.team leadership:lead and mentor a team of mep engineers and technical staff.foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.client relations:establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.provide regular project updates and reports to clients.quality assurance:ensure the highest level of quality and compliance with engineering standards and codes in all mep projects.budget management:monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.prepare cost estimates and proposals for new projects.health and safety compliance:ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects, promoting a culture of safety within the team.project documentation:maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records.skillsbachelor's degree in mechanical, or electrical (master's degree preferred).minimum of 10 years of experience in mep engineering and project management.proven experience in successfully delivering mep projects, including commercial, industrial, or residential projects.in-depth knowledge of mep systems, codes, and standards.strong leadership and team management skills.excellent communication and client management skills.proficiency in project management software and tools.ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.expertise in the installation of the following systems; hvac (chilled water and dx systems), firefighting, plumbing, medium and low voltage, and low current system.in-depth knowledge of testing and commissioning of the above-mentioned systems.keep track and report daily on progress at the site.
