Job objective :leads and directs or work with 2-4 subordinates of analyzer technicians and fitters in carrying out all aspects of maintenance, modification, calibration and testing of analyzer instrumentation in the process and utilities areas of the plant. carries out specialized instrumentation troubleshooting work on the analyzer and gas chromatograph systems. prepares detailed scheduled maintenance procedures for new plant analyzer instrumentation.skills1. technical data management 2. maintenance methods and equipment 3. sap maintenance application knowledge 4. maintenance resources management 5. safety measures and standards 6. refinery product planning 7. product development 8. inspection, testing and reporting 9. technical standards and regulations 10. quality management education :two (2) years diploma in electronic or instrumentation engineering. instrument certification preferred.
