Electrical system design assistance:collaborate with the engineering team to assist in the design and development of electrical systems for the pv plant.contribute to the review of technical drawings and schematics during design and mobilization phases.participate in the selection of appropriate electrical components and equipment. troubleshooting and issue resolution:identify and diagnostic electrical issues within the pv plant's systems.work closely with maintenance engineers to develop and implement effective solutions to maintain highest plant safety and reliability levels.conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement preventive and proactive measures. maintenance activities:assist in routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical components and systems.ensure the timely replacement of faulty equipment and components to minimize downtime.perform maintenance tasks in accordance with established schedules and procedures.  safety and compliance:adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.stay informed about changes in regulations and safety requirements related to pv plant operations.ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant industry and environmental standards. documentation and reporting:maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and electrical system changes.prepare reports on system performance, maintenance, and improvements as required.assist in updating technical documentation and manuals.skillsbachelor's degree in electrical engineering.strong understanding of electrical systems and components.knowledge of photovoltaic systems and renewable energy technology is a plus.excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.good communication and interpersonal skills.willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.safety-conscious mindset.
