Personal requirements:-uae nationality with family book.- business management degree or degree in economics or global economics or international trading or maritime logistics or equivalent degree with a minimum three to five years of experience in a service oriented commercial role.skillsjob role:key result areas:sales, customer service , commercial control and reporting , account management, market and administration.- preferred to have similar industry experience.- having affinity to customer service / logistical processes.- sufficient experience in handling in customer complaints.- good computer knowledge and experience in using commercial/sales it systems- sound oral and written knowledge of english.- the sales manager does multiple deals with the same customer per year. therefore good account management skills are required.- must treat confidential information with discretion.- must be a team player.- stakeholder management. - good social and communication skills.- self-reliance and initiative.
